L.I.E.S. (Local Infrastructure and Equipment Survey) is an Inventory required by the Ministry of Territorial Administration of Spain, which must be carried out by various public administrations.

The Ministry of Territorial Administration requires the following information:

  • General information and equipment: Demographics, educational and athletic facilities, healthcare centers, etc.
  • Road network: Responsible entity, width and length, location, etc.
  • Lighting, electricity, communications and MSW services (Municipal Solid Waste): Strength and location of lighting fixtures, electrical grid and gas network, treatment plants, etc.
  • Water supply and sanitation: Distribution network, water treatment plants, tanks, etc.
