Who the courses are intended for

Every year, companies have access to credit, which is calculated based on fees paid to Seguridad Social and the average number of employees on staff the previous year. This credit can be used for FREE training courses for employees, employed under the Régimen General de la Seguridad Social. The company will receive the voucher credit once the training has been carried out (Royal Decree 1046/2003, 1 August) from the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs, which regulates the financing of Continuing Education.

Civil servants and self-employed workers are excluded, as well as employees from public non-business organizations.

The e-learning training modules may require class attendance, and they must be 6 hours, minimum, to be subsidized.
